Return & Refund

It may take a few nights and naps to get a feel for the difference Cloud Sleep can make, rest assured that we have your back – returns are simple and quick!

 

Soft goods and accessories: We want everyone to get the best sleep possible, you can try Cloud Sleep in the comfort of your own sleep environment by no pressure. We offer a 30-night trial on all other Cloud Sleep products, so you can do just that. 

Returned items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition with original packaging. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.

We will work with our partners in your area to have your items picked up from your home around your availability. And we’ll pay for the return shipping if you’re in the US. 

 

Mattress: Much like a new pair of running shoes, it may take your body a few weeks to adjust to the support we offer, so we believe you should sleep on the mattress to decide if it's the best one for you. All mattresses come with a 100-night trial, and we are happy to offer a free return if you're not 100% in love after the 30-night adjustment period.

If you love your Cloud Sleep (which, we think you will), after the 100-night trial period has expired, rest assured that you’re covered by our 5-year limited mattress warranty.

To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be clean and undamaged with original packaging. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.

 

Bundles: All of the items in the bundle will have the same trial period when you choose our Cloud Sleep Bundle. If your bundle includes a mattress, the entire bundle will have a 100-night trial period. If your bundle does not include a mattress, it will have a 30-night trial period. 

Bundles must be returned in full — individual products from the bundle may not be returned alone.

 

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment after we receive your returned item and safely process it. Please allow up to 5-7 business days after the returned item was processed to see the refund appear on your statement.

All Last Chance items are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.
