Duvets
Tell me more about the Cloud Sleep Down Duvet Down, simply put, it's nature's finest insulator. Our Cloud Sleep Down Duvets use naturally premium down from mature birds that have superior down clusters, which keep you comfortable and cozy for all seasons. The carefully considered construction of our Down Duvet was proven to optimize your body’s natural thermoregulation function — keeping you comfortable from duck ’til dawn. Luxuriously soft and fluffy, Cloud Duvet drapes naturally to cover your body perfectly, while the seams prevent any padding from migrating. Combined with our 100% ultra soft outer long-staple cotton shell, the Down Duvet provides insulation for your body without trapping body heat. Lastly, labels on both ends help to indentify head and foot of the duvet, while loops on each side can be attached to the duvet cover perfectly.
How do I choose the proper comfort level? All of our fine down comforters are labeled according to comfort level. We offer a range of comfort levels from Super Light to Ultra Warmth to suit our customers' individual sleeping preferences.
How do I care for and store my Cloud Sleep Down Duvet? With only a little care, your duvet will provide years of luxurious comfort. When cleaning is necessary, most of our down products can be machine laundered according to the care instructions on the label. Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low with dryer balls. Before removing from the dryer, make sure the duvet is completely dry before putting it back into the duvet cover. Do not iron or dry clean the duvet. It's normal if you find feather may come through the shell during use and wash/dry cycles. If you ever plan on store it, we recommend storing the down duvet in the bag it arrives in (Already tossed the bag? No worries! Any breathable storage bag will do), an occasional outside airing will help to maintain freshness, and make sure nothing heavy is stacked on top when storing the duvet.
Can allergy sufferers use down products? From what we've learnt, most "down allergies" are actually caused by dust and impurities present in down. All down used by Cloud Sleep is purified up to 8 different steps. We also make sure the cleaners used on all our down are non-toxic and phosphate-free. Of course, we always recommend speaking to your doctor to find out whether one of our duvets is the best for you!
How long does a Cloud Sleep Down Duvet last? You can expect your duvet to last between five and ten years — this timeline really depends on the care of the duvet and how you use it, so please follow the instruction label on the duvets before washing it!

Mattresses
What's the best mattress size? There is no “Best” bed size, only what’s best for you. Here are some factors you need to consider. How big your bedroom is How much walking distance you need around the bed, furniture in the room How much space you need when you sleep (do you sleep curled up like a baby, or like to stretch out). If you are single or share a bed with a partner and/or pet? Lastly, the most important consideration for your rest is sleeping on a comfortable and supportive mattress.
How do I clean the mattress? We recommend using a mattress protector and cleaning your bedding once a week to keep your mattress fresh. Meanwhile, you should vacuum your mattress a few times a year with your vacuum cleaner.
Will my new mattress have a smell? Like all newly manufactured items, your new mattress may have a slight odor after unpacking. However, the smell should disappear quickly (from a few hours to a few days). Don't worry! The odor is not associated with any harmful chemicals or exhaust gases. For the first few days, or until the smell is gone, allow your mattress to breathe as much as possible.
